Description

Auction is for a Santa Rosa vintage brass firefighting nozzle. This is the "Rose Bud" model and was used on an 1 12 inch firefighting hose line. Beautiful tooling of a rose bud on two sides of the nozzle. Unlike many vintage nozzles, the Rose Bud is brass with a silver covering. This nozzle featured easy to adjust on/off latches below the rose bud. "Santa Rosa" is highly visible on the portion of the nozzle that connects to the fire hose, This would make a great addition to any collection of firefighting equipment or a nozzle collection and would also make a great conversation piece for any firefighters desk or bookcase. Being nearly 75 years old, it has signs of wear and use which adds to the nozzles history. The nozzle is approximately 6.75 inches in height (full open flow) and nearly 4 inches wide at the widest point (on/off). This has been in my collection for many years.
